Megan Pugh is the founding member and co-owner of Noble Billing and Credentialling, LLC. Megan graduated with high honors from Washtenaw Community College with an Associate Degree in Occupational Studies with a focus in Medical Billing and Coding. Megan is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through AAPC. 

Megan has been billing in the mental health field for over 10 years.  She is passionate about individuals and families getting the mental health care that they need.  She has worked with many different practice models and sizes where she has learned to work in different EMR systems.  Megan currently lives in Michigan with her husband, daughter, son, and cat.

Robert Lange is a co-owner of Noble Billing and Credentialling, LLC. Rob graduated from Washtenaw Community College with an Associate Degree in Occupational Studies with a focus in Medical Billing and Coding. Rob is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through AAPC. 

Rob, who was a chef at a local family-owned restaurant, decided to go back to school and change his career path.  He wanted to do something that would allow a better work-life balance so he could spend more time with his family.  Medical Billing and Coding has given him the flexibility to go to his son's football games and go to school events with his daughter.
